well, i had a super cute dinner for cody all lined up yesterday for valentine's day, however that did not go as planned. the pizza dough was not cooperating. so instead of making cute x's and o's with rolled and stuffed pizza...i had a badly misshapen log. meanwhile, my baby is starting to scream bloody murder. so i figured i would cook it first and try to slice it after. well, not long had i gotten it in the oven and gotten mae calmed down when the smoke alarms started going off, causing mae to start screaming again. when i finally got the smoke alarms to stop, i took the pizza log out to find it in such an ugly shape that there was no rescuing it. lucky for me i have a husband who will eat pretty much anything, and despite it's ugly shape, the pizza log was actually quite delish.
so, amidst all of this i had the idea yesterday to do throwback thursday, but my evening was shot after the pizza debacle, instead i resorted to flashback friday. here are a few of the gems that i came across...
